ColloFlex is a once-daily vanilla adult milk drink that combines Type II collagen, IgG-rich bovine colostrum, probiotics, prebiotic fibre, L-carnitine, CoQ10 and essential vitamins & minerals.
It is designed to support four everyday areas in adults:

ColloFlex is designed for adults, including:

How do I take ColloFlex each day?
Follow the directions on your ColloFlex can. In general, adults take one 30 g serving once daily.
- Measure ~30 g (about 3 level scoops).
- Mix with ~150–200 ml water (many prefer lukewarm), then stir until smooth.
- Drink soon after preparation.
You can take it morning or evening—what matters most is consistency.
Do I need to take ColloFlex every day?
ColloFlex is designed as a daily routine. Many key ingredients (collagen, colostrum, probiotics, vitamins and minerals) support your body best when taken consistently over time.
Try to take one serving daily for the best chance to notice changes in comfort, digestion and everyday energy.
Can I take ColloFlex with other supplements or medications?
Many adults use ColloFlex alongside other supplements. However, we cannot give individual medical advice.

Is ColloFlex suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

Does it contain dairy, lactose or allergens?
Yes. ColloFlex contains ingredients derived from cow’s milk (including colostrum and milk proteins) and may contain lactose.
If you have milk allergy, severe lactose intolerance, or must avoid dairy, please consult your doctor first.
Who should talk to a doctor before use?

Orders, shipping & tracking

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship ColloFlex worldwide from Malaysia. Main markets include:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- European countries (including France)
- Australia & New Zealand
- Canada

Which courier do you use and how long is delivery?
We ship using DHL Express and FedEx. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Typical delivery windows after dispatch (varies by customs and local conditions):
- Asia: ~5–10 business days
- US/UK/EU/Canada/AU/NZ: ~5–12 business days
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email after dispatch, and you can follow movement on DHL/FedEx.
When is a shipment considered lost?
If there is no tracking movement for an extended period, we will open a courier investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the outcome and your preference.
Why do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Import duties, VAT/GST and handling fees are set by your local customs authority and courier. These charges are separate from the product price.
Prices on ColloFlex.com are shown in USD and generally:
- do not include import duty or VAT/GST charged by your country on arrival,
- and if any import charges apply, they are usually paid by you directly to the courier or customs if requested.
Can you mark my parcel as a gift or declare a lower value?
No. We cannot mark commercial shipments as “gift” or declare a false value. Customs paperwork must be accurate.
Your shipment includes a customs invoice with the correct description and value. We do not include a printed retail receipt inside the box.
Returns, refunds & payments

Can I return ColloFlex if I change my mind?
Because ColloFlex is a food supplement, we can only accept returns of unopened products.
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Original packaging with tamper-evident seal intact.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was wrong/damaged on arrival.
Please contact us before sending any return so we can confirm the correct return process.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within around 5 business days to your original payment method.
Are there situations where you cannot issue a refund?
We generally cannot refund if:
- Products are opened/used or seals are broken.
- You refuse to pay import duties/taxes and the parcel is returned or destroyed by customs.
- The delivery address is wrong/incomplete and the parcel becomes undeliverable.
Which payment methods do you accept?
On ColloFlex.com, we accept:

Payments are processed securely in USD. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Do your prices include tax?
Prices are shown in USD. Import duty/VAT/GST (if any) is typically charged by your country on arrival and paid to the courier/customs if requested.
